BackEN is an Operation Control System behind the EGAT Network Operator, managing a pool of charging points in Thailand. We create value by manipulting the connection between any smart charging devices to EMobility Service Providers (EMSPs)
BackEN can support and connect separate individual service EMSPs together, allowing them the access to follow up the performance of their own infrastructure and connect with third-party charge points through a backend network.
We mainly focus on diagnostics, maintenance, price setting and POI data analytics to continuously develop the quality of supporting technology and increase the quantity of connected EMSPs for offering long-term growth of business and creating high-value customer experience.
